Records office trims request backlog with new triage lane
Location
Ottawa City Hall
110 Laurier Avenue West
A new records triage lane is meant to reduce wait times for routine public document requests.

The records office says it has reduced part of its request backlog by moving simple document requests into a separate triage lane.

Officials say complex privacy reviews will still take longer, but routine agenda packets and service memos should move faster.
